WALT TOMENGA is
a seasoned executive. For thirty years he has directed operations,
market research, strategic planning, employee and customer
relations, and governmental affairs. He has extensive leadership
experience restructuring operations to achieve top-line growth
and cost control in health care, insurance, financial services,
associations, and human service organizations.
Walt is a CLU,
an MPA from Drake University, and a graduate of The Disney
Institute, Executive Development Program. He is an
adjunct professor of Strategic Management at Drake University’s
MBA/MPA Program, and serves on various professional and public
Boards in
Des Moines and throughout Iowa.
His client portfolio
includes American Republic Insurance, Iowa Hospital Association,
Principal Financial Group, Iowa
Medical
Society, and The Governor’s Conference on Substance
Abuse, among others.
TERRY MYERS is
an experienced Senior Executive and Business Counselor.
He has proven capabilities integrating strategy, sales, marketing,
operations, finance and information systems. He has worked
as an Officer and Director of a $100 million multi-divisional
manufacturing
company, and as Vice President of an international management
education and counseling firm.
Terry’s teaches and
counsels management teams to integrate strategy, processes
and technology to improve productivity. His
experience portfolio includes Group Dekko, EMCO, Rubbermaid,
O’Sullivan,
The Dexter Company, Andersen Windows, and The Orscheln Companies
to name a few.
With an Executive
MBA from Northwestern University, CPA and CPIM certifications,
he teaches Strategic
Cost
Management
at Drake
University’s
MBA/MPA Program. In 1993, he gave the keynote address to
the Australian Manufacturing Conference in Sydney. His
columns Concept-to-Cash appeared in Alchemy Magazine.
