Executive Briefing
The Executive Briefing is a complementary service of Three
Dimensional. Its focus is to help you see your organization and
its processes through a different set of eyes. During the Briefing
we interview management and others obtain an understanding of
your organization, it’s goals, scope, capabilities, processes,
and execution.
The Briefing format is informal and requires no preparation
on the part of the company. We will verify information and issues
as opportunities permit. At the conclusion of the Briefing, we
will outline our observations, strengths and weaknesses, and
possible next steps in an oral presentation to you and others
that you may choose. Within a week, we will send you a brief
Summary Memo.
